ZrO2 powder is used as a kind of basic material of high performance ceramic, and it has widely been used, whatever in ceramic industry, electronics, machinery, spaceflight or other industries. ZrO 2 powder is one of the key materials for functional ceramics, such as oxygen sensor, piezoelectric ceramic element, high temperature heater and solid battery. The partly stabilized powders (Y, Ce, Mg, A1 2 0 3 doped) are the raw material for some structure ceramics.
ZrP2O7 , can directly be used as a kind of sorbent to absorb all kind of poison gas, polluted air and ozone in low or high temperature. Especially, it can be made of high temperature (1000~1500©) lacunaris absorb ceramic which can be used as catalyze carrier in many ways. In addition, it is used in antibacterial plastic, glaze and fiber.
Using some special technics to produce these three kinds of powder, We can control particle size and agglomeration to make unity and activity particles.
